locked before the Season 10 premiere on August 11 and left unedited since — that is the whole point of them.
The public board has since moved to v2.8.5; these have not, and will not.
The result that actually matters: across the full Season 10 field (N=63), the frozen formula produced a
mean of 70.9 against 72.0 for
Season 9 (N=102) — a 1.1-point gap on a season it had never seen. That is a calibration result, not a prediction
result: it shows the formula describes an invitee field consistently, not that it can pick who gets the call.
Six fighters tracked on the board landed on the roster, averaging 81.5 — above the invitee mean, which is what you
would hope for from a board that is selecting for exactly this.
This is not an accuracy claim. Six resolved outcomes cannot establish that a formula predicts anything, and the
honest confidence interval on a sample this size includes "worse than a coin flip." It is a log: fighters this board
surfaced, the score they carried, and where the sport took them — each entry dated and linked to primary records.
Scores are labelled with the formula version that produced them. The Season 10 entries stay frozen at v2.7.1 because
re-scoring them with a newer formula after the fact would destroy the only thing that makes them worth reading.
When board fighters stall or lose, that gets logged the same way. The list only grows one way: reality adds to it.
